IATF 16949 - Is an automotive specific QMS standard. It contains all of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, but also includes many other automotive specific requirements. The IATF 16949 was created to help automotive suppliers and manufacturers identify best practices when designing, manufacturing and assembling automotive products. The standard emphasizes the development of a process-oriented quality management system that provides for:

· Reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain
AS 9100 - Is a QMS designed for Manufacturing companies that Design, Develop and Produce Parts, Components and Assemblies used by the Aviation, Space and Defense Industry.
AS 9110 - Is a QMS that is based on the requirements of AS9100. But the AS9110 adds specific requirements that are critical for companies that provide Repair Services to the Aviation, Space and Defense Industry.
AS 9120 - Is a QMS designed for Stock lists and Distribution companies that supply, buy and resell parts such as, fasteners, bearings, gaskets, raw materials, paints and coatings to the Aviation, Space and Defense Industry. This standard focuses on the paper trail, traceability, stock control and availability of records.
The NQA-1 Quality Assurance Standard was created for organizations that supply materials to the Nuclear Industry. It's widely accepted by suppliers throughout the nuclear Industry supply chain, and is now endorsed by the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission). NQA-1 Certification provides a high level of confidence to a purchaser that a supplier will have the necessary knowledge and resources to supply items which are in conformance with the NQA-1 Standard. For new suppliers, becoming NQA-1 certified allows them to gain a foot hold into the Nuclear Industry supply chain.
